Grzegorz has rich experience as a project manager and auditor in IT, organizational change and compliance projects. He participated in various challenging assignments in multicultural teams distributed around the world.

Before Grzegorz became a consultant, he was globally responsible for the Application Development Process area in Volvo IT and participated in various strategic initiatives (e.g. off-shoring, agile adoption). He also managed projects focused on the maturity of the IT processes. During SOX implementation he held various positions in the global IT Internal Control.

Since 2005 Grzegorz is an assessor in the IPMA International Project Excellence Award. This includes 5 years of being a Team Lead Assessor and an official assessor’s trainer. He has assessed several large and mega projects in Asia, Europe and US. Following his contribution to the development of the Award, in 2011 he was elected to the IPMA Award Management Board.
