Complaints Procedure | |
The ICC has Ethical practice as a primary value.
We take any breaches of the ICC ethical code very seriously.
ICC coaches and trainers agree to follow the ICC standards and ethics, and to act professionally and ethically.
Complaints
If you have evidence that an ICC member, be they coach or coaching trainer, has acted unethically, please write to admin@internationalcoachingcommunity.com with your complaint together with documentary evidence.
The ICC board of directors will look into the complaint.
Responding to a complaint
If you have a complaint made against you, you will be informed.
You may then if you wish present your position with supporting documentary evidence to the board of directors within one week.
The board of directors will consider the complaint and make a decision. This decision is final and there is no right of appeal.
By presenting evidence, both sides agree to this procedure.
If the complaint is considered proved, the board of directors will take appropriate action by expelling the coach from the ICC and further action may also be taken, depending on the nature of the complaint.
