 Ricardo Melo is director of the Ricardo Melo Institute, NLP Trainer and writer. It is headquartered in Belo Horizonte and offices in Sao Paulo and Lisbon.He is the author of six books, one of them being published in Europe in 2010. It has Brazilian TV programs in which answers questions about how to overcome challenges in their careers and how to have more quality of life, and write newspapers and magazines around Brasil. He has extensive experience in Executive Coaching for Companies with more than 2.000 employees. Has more than 2.500 hours of experience in the areas of coaching and has given over 3.000 lectures.
In recent years has been devoted to business projects for Training Leaders and Sports Coaching. Developed training programs for large companies operating worldwide, such as Banco Real, Grupo Gerdau, Grupo Fiat, Shering-Plow and Constructora Andrade Gutierrez, Atlético Mineiro e Cruzeiro.
He was Coach of several teams of Brazilian football and has customers world champions of football. Developed a way of working with Financial Coaching, promoting financial education of thousands. It is one of the four ICC Trainers in Brazil.
