Conrado Carlos Alonso Izaguirre, studied Communication and Electronic Engineering at the National Polytechnic Institute, he studied in Japan a Telecommunications Technical Specialization in the company Nippon Electric Co. (NEC).
He achieved the degree of Master of Business Administration at the Tecnologico de Monterrey Campus Ciudad de Mexico. Supplement their studies with the Diploma in Human Development at the Iberoamerican University, Diploma in NLP (neurolinguistic programming) by the Institute of Human Development and Transcendence (IDEHT) and currently has certification as Business Coach and Trainer Certification as Coaches, both by the International Coaching Community (ICC) and is a member of the Service Quality Institute in Minnesota, USA.
He has been an executive in the areas of Engineering, Systems, Service, Sales, marketing, Finance and Administration and professor of various universities such as UVM, IPN, Cess, ITESM and 12 years working Graduates at ITAM in addressing issues ranging from Overcoming Personal and Managerial Skills to directives, being expert in "Team Building".
Since 15 years is management consultant and trainer in human and organizational processes. Lectures, participate in seminars and workshops and Theoretical Experiential - Experiential. He has had contact and thus trained more than 100,000 people in all this time.
