As a trainer I'm specialized in trainings for managers and trainers.

I like to use system solutions. I'm interested in change making in the case causes it be effective, easy, pleasantly and durable.

As a specially important, I consider ethics and ecology of activities in a case making the goal short-term, coherent with long-term goals – as well with reference to people as well as business. I think that coherent, harmonious people are the treasures of an Organization. They can give their best resources and take the hardest challenges.

I'm building my experiences letting the participants of trainings and individual coaching discover their best resources and gain skills of using them in action – that helps them making their challenges easier and live happier. My book "Private Universe – Values" will be published soon.
