ICC Trainings Overview

ICC is committed to develop Coaching profession at every level through a complete Coaching career at highest standards, including Life, Business, Teams and Executive Coaching Trainings.

Our training programs integrates and develops the main models of Coaching: Behavioural, Integral Coaching and Ontological Coaching, Inner game principles, NLP and positive psychology.

Coaching Certification Programs

ICC Certification trainings are organized in four specialization levels.

Introductory Level It is suitable for managers, Human resource specialists, teachers, consultants and psychologists who want to know about coaching without necessarily committing themselves to a full certification training.

Through International Coaching Certification Training you will develop ICC core Coaching competencies, empowering your current profession with new skills and competencies or building a new career as a professional Coach.

The Business Track allows you to you to use the best and most effective coaching skills in Business contexts with individuals , Teams and high level Executives.

Managers, Executives, Consultants will benefit from this Coaching skills even not working as a Coach.

The Life track focus in Life balance issues, fully present in Executives and Managers due to unbalanced personal and professional life. These skills are key for Executive Coaches.

 


ICC Corporate Coach Certification

An ICC Corporate Coach is a specialist in Business coaching, both for individual managers and also business teams.

Successful certification in Business coaching and team coaching make a certification in Corporate Coaching. Please look at our courses on Business coaching and Team coaching for a full description.

ICC Executive Coach certification

The  advanced certificate of ICC executive coaching will be given to those coaches that successfully complete all of the following:

  • ICC Business Coaching certification
  • ICC Team Coaching certification
  • ICC Coaching for Leaders certification

About ICC Training Programs and Certification

All ICC courses are structured in three phases:

  • Training, planning and preparation
    Participants works on planning and setting their goals for the course, including: self-assesment questionnaires, doing book reviews and planning the learning experience.
  • Training course
    This is the Training course itself required for Certification. Participants develop their skills learning key Coaching concepts and practicing coaching every day.
  • Certification tasks after training
    Those participants who want to become a Certified Coach needs to deliver all certification Tasks. Each course has a set of specific tasks to be accomplished, including: Book reviews, Self-Coaching projects, Self-assesment and conceptual integration tests, Coaching projects with Clients.

ICC offers a Virtual Training Campus to support students during all these phases until they become certified.

 

Please note:The completion of a course does not in itself guarantee certification. The certificates are awarded for coaching skills and development. They are not attendance certificates.
The ICC reserves the right to change or substitute the trainers in any course if necessary. Any changes do not invalidate previous programs.
The ICC accepts all students, regardless of creed, colour, sexual orientation, cultural background or ethnic origin, and it reserves the right to refuse students who display unethical behaviour, disrupt the training, or whose mental/emotional health might impair their own, or other's learning process.
Recognition of any Coaching certificates issued by the ICC explicitly means that the certified coach respects and follows the Standards and Ethics of the ICC. In the event that it is proved that the coach is in breach of these Standards and Ethics, their certificate is automatically cancelled.
