Master Coach
Advanced Coaching Training Level Four
In order to be certified as an ICC master coach, candidates need to:
- Successfully complete the level one ICC International Coaching certification training or appropriate training to the same level.
- Successfully complete all Level two and three trainings and tasks. This will mean a certification as ICC Life coach, Business Coach, Team coach and Executive coach.
- Have at least three testimonials in each area as a life coach, team coach, business coach. and executive coach.
- Successfully complete all Level two trainings and tasks. This will mean a certification as ICC Life coach, Corporate Coach and Team coach.
- Have at least ten hours supervision with an ICC master coach or trainer.
- Have documented at least 200 coaching hours.
- Complete a thesis of at least 5000 words on some aspect of coaching that they choose.
- Discuss the thesis and take questions on the thesis from a group of ICC coaches, including at least one trainer, either in a live meeting, or by web conference.
- Be active as a coach and be earning professionally as a coach.
